Player wallets
Each player has a wallet at your store, found by name, phone or card number. Credits redeem for lottery, gift cards, in-store purchases or replays, split any way you like. There is no cash-out.
Close the period from a photo
Take a picture of the machine report. Tracewell reads each machine’s numbers and asks you to confirm anything that doesn’t match before the period closes.

A ledger that can’t be quietly edited
Every credit, redemption and drawer change is a double-entry ledger record. Mistakes are reversed, never erased, and every action is in the audit log.
